Where to find your AI number.
At the top of the Repeat medication List you will find your name and address. Below your address your "AI" number.
All repeat medications are issued with a Repeat medication list as a mean of ordering your medicines. You may only order those that do not have the "Please see GP to order any more" warning.
If you do not have a Repeat medication list please ensure your pharmacist gives it to you when you collect your medication.
